Andrew Leibowitz

Andrew prides himself on providing each of his clients with a personalized and individualistic approach that is tailored to each individual client and each case. He is personally involved in every case that comes to the firm. He understands that not every case is treated the same. He knows that not every case will go to trial or should go to trial. He communicates with his clients in the very early stages of a case to determine the best strategy for that case, whether it means aggressively preparing a case for trial or providing a cost-efficient approach that will allow a case to be resolved in the early stages of litigation. Andrew is a proactive attorney who gives each case his undivided attention as soon as it comes to the firm until the moment the case is resolved. From the inception of a case, he formulates a strategy that is in his clients’ best interests and immediately starts implementing that strategy against his adversary. It is his goal to always be on the offensive and make his adversary react to what he is  doing as opposed to having them dictate how a case progresses.
